World title hopeful Kimi Raikkonen has driven the 2006 Ferrari at a private test in Italy today. Kimi completed the day lapping the Vallelunga circuit 39 times, while team mate Felipe Massa toured around in the new F2007, completing 74 laps.
Raikkonen set a fastest time of 1m15.226s and concentrated on acclimatising himself to the Bridgestone tyres. Massa set a fastest lap time of 1m14.493s, although the times cannot be compared due to the differences in the cars. Testing is expected to continue tomorrow despite the weather not being ideal.
