The sixty-fifth photograph to feature in BlogF1’s caption contest. You know the drill, think of something funny and witty to say and leave it as a comment below. I’m so sorry this week’s caption contest is late – I completely forgot what day of the week it was. But now Fernando Alonso and Lewis Hamilton are best of friends again, I can post this funny image from the 2007 Italian Grand Prix press conference. I have no idea why Alonso was making a face like this, but team mate Hamilton doesn’t look overly impressed.

Ron Dennis has sealed my lips shut!
“Fernando, what face did Ron make when you told him about the e-mails?”
FA: If I concentrate really hard, I know I can get my eyebrows to meet in the middle again !
LH: Mate – what are you doing?
Oops, did I just say out loud I was going to the FIA about McLaren & Ferrari instead of thinking it? D’oh!
To take Paul’s caption one step further…
“Lewis tried to keep a straight-face after giving Fernando some lip-balm laced with UHU.”
LH: Dude, just do what everyone else does and go in the car.
(I’ll leave interpretation up to you.)
3…2…1… STATUES!
FA: So…as you saw…it was me, I stuck the banana in his car…
LH: I new it!
LH: I know the silly journalists can be a bit sulk-worthy at times, but isn’t this going a little too far?
FA: [thinks] What would you know? You’re a rookie…
Forget the caption, but does Lewis look like he wants to deliver a knuckle sandwich to Fernando.
Fernando insists on demonstrating where they get the unique air mixture for their tyres.
LH: Man that stinks – you disgust me…
FA: Silent but Violent special eh!
FA: How long until I get out of “Team Hamilton”!?!?
LH: Hmmmmm…..so everyone wants Fred to pack his bags? I’ve come quite a long way from wating one podium before the season, haven’t I?
Best friends off and on the track!
