Malaysia 2009: Fantasy Racers Update

Another race, another set of miserable results in the Fantasy Racers competition. Between Australia and Malaysia I made only a few minor changes to a couple of the teams, but it didn’t really help. Jenson Button obviously scored well, but my error in removing Timo Glock and Nick Heidfeld from BlogF1 Racing cost the squad dearly. Placing faith in Sebastian Vettel instead, despite his penalty and lowly starting position, it didn’t pay off. Here though, are the results from this round’s Fantasy Racers.

BlogF1 Racing still managed the second best result from this round, scoring 461 points, but it was Pentaerythritol Tetranitrate that lead the way after Malaysia, with Button, Heidfeld and Barrichello all scoring well for the outfit. Team Finitalia slipped down the order thanks to three of the four drivers failing to finish the saturated race, while Blogger’s Dog Racing and Inner Pickle Racing all scored considerably less than they did in Australia.

BlogF1 Racing currently sits in 1488th of the overall competition, and 186th in the Sidepodcast League.
